Training Logistics Coordinator
The Training Logistics Coordinator will support the seamless execution of training programs across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that learning experiences are well-organized, timely, and aligned with business needs. Responsibilities :
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs across various departments.
- Manage instructor schedules and communicate effectively with leadership and learners.
- Organize logistics including facilities, technology, catering, and training materials.
- Ensure classrooms are properly set up to meet facilitator requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related communications with leaders, mentors, and employees.
- Provide clear pre-training instructions and reminders to learners.
- Escalate scheduling or logistical issues to leadership when necessary.
- Maintain and update the organizational training calendar.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma RequiredProven experience in scheduling, logistics, or training coordination.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug screening.
