Health Advocate

A company is looking for a Health Advocate (VBC).

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple technology systems and document interactions accurately

Build rapport with members through outbound and inbound calls while providing excellent customer service

Assist members with healthcare appointment scheduling and inform them about the Kidney Services program

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

2+ years of prior medical / healthcare experience in relevant fields

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for document management

Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
