Job descriptionReview contracts and analyze coverage to ensure clients are adequately protected. Recommend additional coverages and coordinate with other departments to offer solutions not currently provided by the agency. Verify accuracy and compliance of policies received from carriers and deliver them per Client Manager instructions. Participate in monthly marketing meetings 90–120 days prior to policy expiration. Review renewal exposures, identify changes, and collaborate with the Client Manager. Prepare and submit applications to carriers, compare quotes, and create marketing spreadsheets for review. Manage and file customer documents in the agency management system. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all tasks in accordance with the Commercial timeline. Work independently to manage workload and meet deadlines. Share knowledge and best practices with other team members. Attend insurance carrier meetings and stay informed about market trends, underwriting requirements, and compliance updates. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Management Team. Prior experience in commercial insurance or a related field preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through responsiveness and professionalism.
