Network Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Global Network Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities for assigned workers, ensuring operational standards are met

Oversee incident management processes, driving resolution of network issues and customer complaints

Mentor and train technicians while collaborating with other departments to streamline processes

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred

5-7 years of related experience, with 0-1 year in a leadership role

Knowledge of telecommunications support platforms and incident management

ITIL certification and experience preferred

Extensive knowledge of Layer 1 network technologies and fiber network characteristics
