Electrical Engineer – HVAC Manufacturing

We are partnering with an innovative manufacturer in the HVAC industry seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems and control panel design. HVAC industry experience is a strong advantage and preferred.

This role will involve designing, testing, and supporting electrical systems within a manufacturing environment, with direct responsibility for electrical starter and control panels, DDC controller programming, and facility support. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with departments including production, sales, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical starter and control panels, including switchboard fabrication.
• Support facility electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Configure and program DDC controllers and related hardware / software for HVAC units.
• Produce and update technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and user manuals.
• Ensure all electrical designs meet regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support for installation, testing, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve electrical and control issues.
• Assist in sourcing components and evaluating vendor specifications.
• Provide training and guidance to technicians and production team members.
