Job descriptionDevelop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise. Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana & maintain license required Experience in a geriatric setting preferred Experience in a Memory Care / Alzheimer's unit a plus Days - Full-time Evenings - Part-time (28hrs a week) or Full-time available Nights - Part-time (24hrs a week) or Full-time $1.50 additional per hour for second and third shift. Weekend shifts pay : $1.50 additional per hour Weekends and Holidays : Must work a rotating schedule Medical / Dental / Vision Voluntary Life 403(b) with employer match PTO program Additional Benefits may be available
