HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hiring Flex Security Officers in Gray Summit, MO. All days and shifts are available with a pay rate of $19.57 / hr - paid weekly.

Benefits : Flex : All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security.

Requirements :

• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous security, law enforcement, and / or military experience is preferred.
• Must have scheduling flexibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Possess St. Louis, MO, security license is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, weekdays, holidays, and in all weather conditions.

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company's operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers, while also protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.

Scheduling Expectations

The scheduling parameters and expectations for a flex officer are different from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post. As a flex :

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
