Accounts Payable Clerk

Description of the role:

An Accounts Payable Clerk at Mercedes Benz of Melbourne will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy


• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system


• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies


• Process payments to vendors in a timely manner


• Assist in month-end closing procedures

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or related field


• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
