About the Role
As the System Director for Oncology Pharmacy Services , you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple oncology infusion and inpatient sites. Your work will ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient medication practices while supporting a culture of teamwork, growth, and patient-centered excellence.
You’ll partner closely with oncology pharmacists, nurses, and physicians to maintain compliance, streamline workflows, and develop forward-thinking clinical pathways that enhance both patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the system-wide leader and pharmacist-in-charge for oncology pharmacy services.
- Oversee and optimize operations across both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings.
- Ensure full compliance with USP
and
, DEA, Tennessee Board of Pharmacy, OSHA, NIOSH, HRSA (340B), and FDA standards.
