Are you passionate about optimizing operations and driving efficiency? We're looking for a Process Engineer to transform workflows, enhance production, and create smarter, more effective systems-join us in shaping the future!

As a Process Engineer in the Treating and Drying department, you will develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems, determining the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation's standards of quality and cost. This position reports to the Unit Manager.

Pay Range :

$81,680.00-$108,906.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation :

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus.
