Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

Previous office / clerical experience preferred.

Must have familiarity with medical terminology.

Uses inventory tracking logs to track equipment within the facility (i.e., pumps, poles, concentrators, nebulizers, mattresses, etc.).

Fills requisitions from departments for routine supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Ensures supplies and equipment are properly maintained.

Organizes storage and issues / delivers supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Ensures inventory is updated, as required, when receiving / issuing supplies and equipment.

Ensures all telephone orders and other correspondence is confirmed.

Ensures the various departments are charged with supplies they have received for cost allocation purposes.
