Shipping Coordinator Administrative (US)

Location : Secaucus, NJ

Our U.S. warehouse facilities are located in New Jersey for east coast distribution and California for west coast distribution.

Who We Are Looking For :

We are seeking a driven Shipping Coordinator Administrative for our Distribution Center in Secaucus, NJ.

Responsibilities and Requirements :

• Invoicing and preparing shipping documents for customer (regular orders and EDI orders.)
• Create pick orders.
• Knowledge of EDI and able to process ASN for EDI customer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Eagerness to learn new skills
• Keen written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to be a team player and foster a commitment to teamwork with other associates.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
