BASIC PURPOSE
This position is responsible for providing a safe and dependable group transportation in accordance with Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, and the philosophy of The Salvation Army to enhance the programs and ministries of the Corps.

a. As needed : gasoline, trash disposal, and clutter removal,
b. Weekly : washing and vacuuming,
c. Quarterly : Oil changes, lube, tire rotation, safety inspection, and deep cleaning.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
1. Must possess a valid California Class C Driver License, and ability to drive a Salvation Army vehicle
2. Must be 21 years or older.
3. Complete The Salvation Army vehicle course training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
The employee must be able to stand for up to 2 hours at a time. Must be able to regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
