How you'll make an impact
Hybrid supervisor & sales role. Directly manages up to 5 Inside Sales Representatives. Drives new business revenue growth by delivering comprehensive solutions that meet clients' unique needs and growing Gallagher's share of the Small Business Insurance market. Manages staff via personalized coaching and performance management. Recruits, develops and retains top talent. Responsible for meeting pre-determined revenue goals through individual sales production and the activities of direct reports. Hybrid role 75% production / 25% leadership. Implements, monitors, and drives a high performance sales culture by coaching, training, and performance management. Manages day-to-day performance of staff. Responsible for sales meeting agendas, training initiatives, and performance reviews. Utilizes Salesforce to track individual production and manage sales metrics including capacity, sales pipeline, lead to quote and quote to close conversion rates, etc. Ensures staff are effectively utilizing Salesforce as a work flow and pipeline management tool. Reports monthly forecasts and production to sales targets to leadership on monthly basis.
About You
Required : Bachelor's degree with 4+ years commercial sales experience OR High School degree / GED with 8+ years commercial sales experience. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience. Insurance licensing required. Proven track record of sales success against company provided sales targets. Prior experience managing to sales performance metrics, detailed forecasting and production reporting. Keen understanding of professional and industry standards / practices as well as small business insurance carriers and wholesalers.\n\n

Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
