Pediatric Pulmonologist
We’re seeking a Pediatric Pulmonologist for an exceptional opportunity to become part of the Division of Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital is ranked among the nation’s Best Children’s Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report 2025-26 in 11 specialties, including Pediatric Pulmonology & Lung Surgery (#15), reflecting the commitment to exceptional care, education and innovation.
This is a remarkable chance to become part of a collaborative and uniquely integrated clinical, basic and translational science program that includes 11 clinically active physician faculty, multiple PhD faculty, and advanced practice providers. In addition, there is an active fellowship program, several interdisciplinary programs, and ancillary support from respiratory therapists, social workers, psychologists, dieticians, and specialized nurses.
We’re looking for candidates with strong clinical acumen, a passion for teaching, and a desire to pursue a career as a Clinician-Educator. The division integrates exceptional clinical care with a robust foundation of clinical research, basic and translational research, and educational scholarships. Faculty are engaged in a wide array of pursuits, including clinical trials, quality improvement, and advocacy efforts locally, regionally, and nationally.

Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital offers one of the most comprehensive pediatric pulmonology programs in the country, supported by an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine and a large pediatric residency program. The division includes :
Faculty also lead several Clinical Effectiveness Teams in conjunction with the Rainbow Quality Center. With over 40 active clinical trials, there are ample opportunities to engage in cutting-edge research in areas including cystic fibrosis, asthma, interstitial lung disease, primary ciliary dyskinesia, and sleep medicine.
