Job description$260,000 to $390,000 a year Key Responsibilities : Participate in all stages of patent litigation, including : Case strategy and management Patent analysis and product review Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses Managing depositions and working with technical experts Preparing for and attending Markman hearings, trials, and ITC proceedings Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and other attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies. Support senior attorneys with case preparation and day-to-day litigation tasks. J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensed to practice in California, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, D.C. 3 to 6 years of experience in patent litigation (law school class years 2018–2021 preferred). Litigation experience in federal district court and / or before the ITC highly desirable. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related life sciences discipline Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and clients.
