Job description\tCurrent, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license and bachelor’s degree. \tMinimum of 4 years of licensed CLS working experience in Flow Cytometry. \tPrior experience in leading and directing a team is a plus. \tStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others. \tExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals. \tMust pass the Ishihara Color Vision exam, i.e. visual acuity including color differentiation.

As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include :
- \tSupervise the daily operations of the Flow Cytometry Lab, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance.
- \tImplement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.
- \tProvide leadership and mentorship to a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists and Hospital Lab Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- \tManage vendor relationships and laboratory contracts to support operational efficiency.
- \tCollaborate closely with Pathologists on patient cases to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes.
Salary Range : $116,300.00 - $264,600.00 / year
