Job descriptionYou don’t panic under pressure — you create order out of chaos. You’re equally comfortable walking a property, closing a deal, reviewing a dashboard, or Lead from the front — safety, training, routing, and accountability. Build a branch culture people want to be part of. Attract, develop, and retain top talent. Own the branch’s production goals and ensure work gets done right. Keep routing tight, jobs clean, equipment maintained, and KPIs on track. Continuously improve how we work — and how we win. Deepen client relationships and act as the face of the branch. Walk properties, propose enhancements, and resolve issues quickly. Support the sales team with referrals, take-offs, and insights. Oversee hiring, billing, PTO, purchasing, AR, and timekeeping.Branch Manager Join monthly closes and ensure accurate reporting. Keep your numbers clean — and your systems tighter. Manager in Nashville TN, who can run the operation like an owner — with full accountability for
people, process, performance, and growth.
If you’re a proven leader in landscape operations (or a comparable service industry) who’s
delivered results, built high-performing teams, and thrived under pressure, we want to talk to
you.
