The Associate Recruiter/Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across Astrana Health’s corporate functions and clinic-based operations. This role plays a key part in shaping our growing teams by identifying exceptional talent, building strong relationships, and delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
