Job Description

As a Service Coordinator , you'll be the central hub for service and repair operations-ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments. From managing service orders and tracking repairs to supporting inventory and logistics, you'll play a vital role in keeping everything running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to obtain purchase orders and payments for service work
  • Create and manage service orders and job tickets for repair requests
  • Ensure all service documentation is accurate and complete
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of customer equipment
  • Track and maintain repair parts inventory; assist with cycle counts
  • Support the Service Manager with scheduling and prioritizing daily workflow
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports on service activity and performance
  • Provide timely updates to customers on service status and timelines
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Contribute to process improvements and foster a positive team environment

Key Qualifications :

  • Experience in service coordination, dispatching, administrative support, or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems for tracking jobs and service orders would be a PLUS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Location : Onsite in Golden Valley

    Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM

    Compensation : up to 26 / hour
