What You'll Do

  • Lead with strategy and precisiondeveloping tailored sales plans that resonate with prospective clients.
  • Use powerful tools like pitch decks, presentation templates, and service offerings to guide high-value conversations.
  • Uncover customer needs and deliver cost-effective solutions that align with financial goals.
  • Build initial economic models using key metrics to support decision-making.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with dealers and installers to recommend optimal product solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report performance using CRM tools.
  • Ensure seamless transitions of new accounts to Area Account Managers.

What You Bring

  • 57 years of proven success in regional or multi-territory sales management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking backed by data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Experience in cold calling, outside sales, and account management.

    This is a permanent, full-time position based in Mandan, North Dakota.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00 / yr. Medical, Dental, 401K, ESOP, company paid Long Term Disability, company paid Life Insurance as well as optional voluntary Life Insurance, employee discount, PTO, paid while training, and employee discount.

    This is a fully onsite position in Mandan, ND.
