Partnered with a hospital in central Ohio with an opening for a skilled OB / GYN to join their team.

Opening Overview :

  • Flexible Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
  • Call : 1 day per week and 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks
  • Level II NICU
  • Patient Volume : 20 per day, 10 deliveries per month
  • May provide coverage at satellite locations once per month
  • Procedures : Ultrasound, colposcopy, IUDs, LEEP, and general OB / GYN practice procedures
  • On-site imaging and lab
  • Support Staff : MDs, CNP, CNMs
  • EMR : Epic
  • Will take H1B candidates
  • Must be board-certified

    Qualifications

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH)
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Active unencumbered OB / GYN Ohio state license
  • Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
  • One year of work experience as OB / GYN
  • One year of EMR experience
  • Board Certified
  • Skills / Abilities / Competencies Required :

  • Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
  • A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
  • Effective interpersonal / communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
