As the Practice Manager, you'll optimize efficiency and drive success.

Your responsibilities will include :

Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
Streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
Managing patient experience and driving the KPIs.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Leading and mentoring a dedicated team.

Requirements :

To excel in this role, you should have :

A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations or a related field. Preferably in Healthcare or Personal Injury.

Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.

Manage the daily functions of the business / oversee the location.

The resident must reside within 45 miles of the office.
