About the role

As a Clinical Therapist, you'll provide therapy services that foster healing and long-term recovery. You'll guide clients through intake, treatment planning, crisis support, and ongoing therapy, ensuring every step aligns with our values of compassion and quality care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual and group therapy aligned with ethical and clinical standards.
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and crisis interventions.
• Collaborate with clients and their supports to develop effective care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per AZBBHE and agency standards.
• Coordinate care across providers and systems to ensure continuity of services.
• Participate in required clinical supervision and team collaboration.
