The Opportunity

We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team and be part of our expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role with room for flexibility. You’ll be the face of JDI Construction—building relationships, guiding clients through the remodeling process, and closing high-ticket projects. With strong performance, there is unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads (company-provided + self-generated)
  • Conduct in-home consultations and present remodeling solutions
  • Build strong client relationships and manage projects from first meeting to signed contract
  • Prepare proposals and close deals with professionalism and confidence
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket or relationship-based industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Motivated, adaptable, and people-oriented
  • Ability to manage leads, follow through consistently, and close deals
  • Knowledge of construction or remodeling is a plus (but not required)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Independent and team-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
