Warehouse - Returns Department Team Lead

Overview

Returns Team Lead. Reports to : Returns supervisor / Warehouse Manager. Disciplinary action : Verbals, recommendations for write-ups.

Responsibilities

• Clear and effective communication with Supervisor and Managers
• Lead the team from the front - participating in daily work
• Training on any new personnel on best practice
• Supporting the Supervisor in tasks that are assigned
• Inventory Adjustments

Hours and Compensation

Hours : Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (with lunch) / 8a-4p (without lunch)

Compensation : $20.25 during a 90 day probationary period, $21.50 / hr after successful completion of probationary period.

This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
