Licensed Mental Health Therapist

• Licensed Clinical Therapist
• to join our multidisciplinary team. We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate mental health professionals (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD) committed to providing exceptional, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.

Our mission is to set a new standard in integrated care, with services including individual and family psychotherapy, medication management, virtual-reality-assisted therapy, esketamine therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. Responsibilities

Provide on-site therapy to a diverse population (children, adolescents, adults).

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Develop and implement treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Participate in case conferences, monthly peer supervision, and team meetings.

Requirements

Active, independent license in California (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD).

Graduate degree from an accredited program.

Knowledge of evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, IPT, PMT, etc.).

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnoses and mood / anxiety disorder treatment.

Strong organizational skills and commitment to confidentiality.
