Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll use your expertise in machining, fixturing, and programming to produce complex, high-quality components from start to finish. You’ll work independently, interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models to plan, program, and execute machining operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
Work independently on complex machining tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency
Use CAD files, engineering drawings, sketches, or sample parts to plan machining operations and determine required tolerances
Design and fabricate holding fixtures for machining raw materials, castings, or components
Set up and operate a variety of machines including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDMs
Select and secure tooling, attachments, and materials needed for each project
Calculate and set machining parameters such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut
Independently program tool paths to achieve optimal results
Monitor machining processes to maintain accuracy and minimize rework or scrap
Inspect finished components to verify they meet engineering specifications and tolerances
Communicate manufacturing or design challenges with the engineering team and offer practical solutions
Maintain accurate production records in the work order system
Follow all safety and quality standards consistently
Requirements :
Strong attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings
Experience with CNC programming and setup (multi-axis preferred)
Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Commitment to quality, precision, and continuous improvement
Willingness to work overtime when needed
