A leading international law firm seeks associates to join its Corporate Advisory Practice Area in their Washington, DC office.

Qualified applicants must have 3-5 years of M&A and Private Equity experience with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment is required. Strong academic credentials. Must be a member of the District of Columbia Bar and in good standing.
