Urologist Opportunity – Tucson, AZ | Carondelet Medical Group
Carondelet Medical Group, a leading multispecialty provider in Southern Arizona, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our thriving, patient-centered practice in Tucson. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-supported, established setting with strong system-wide resources and a collegial team environment.
Position Highlights :
- Full-time, employed opportunity
- Structured schedule : 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week
- 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient caseload
- Average 25 patients per day and 5–10 surgeries weekly
- Manageable call (7 shifts per month, additional pay available)
- Supported by experienced staff and robust administrative infrastructure
