Position Overview
The NBCUniversal Early Careers team recruits and develops the next generation of media and entertainment leaders! As a Specialist on the Early Careers team, you will work with our best in class internship experience and recruitment colleagues to attract the top student talent, as well as highlight the amazing features and programming of the NBCUniversal Internship Program across various social media platforms. You will also partner with key stakeholders to ensure an excellent onboarding and program experience for over 800 interns each year. This position will help to develop and manage branding and social media initiatives across the Early Career Recruitment and Internship Experience team. This involves liaising with internal creative groups to leverage NBCU's brands and creative assets to establish innovative and exciting ways to engage with both our external candidates and the interns we hire. In addition to the above responsibilities, this position will play an integral role in the operations of the internship onboarding and offboarding process, partnering with tech teams to provide a seamless end-to-end technology experience to our interns. Operational support also includes I-9 processing, offer letter and new hire paperwork processing, support mailbox monitoring and responsiveness to ensure a positive experience for incoming and outgoing interns. This role will also help organize and support internship events and logistics as needed, along with participating in project work to support efforts to enhance the program brand, experience, and developmental efforts. This position will report to the Senior Director, Early Career Recruitment & Experience.

This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary Range
Salary range : $60,000 - $75,000.
