Job Description : Engagement Scope :

• Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt and Benefits
• Data Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDL
• Developing Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast Formulas
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture
• Previous experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8 / R9 / R10 (1-2 years)
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
