HM Staffing Solutions is looking for a detail-driven Estimator to join our team and play a key role in shaping the financial blueprint of our projects. If you thrive on precision, enjoy working with numbers, and have a knack for forecasting costs, this is your chance to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define scope and budget
- Source and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare bid proposals and assist in tender submissions
- Track project costs and update estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Maintain a database of historical costs and pricing trends
