Royal Vet is a new breed of veterinary clinic on a mission to reinvent the pet care experience. We are veterinarian‑founded and veterinarian‑led, putting the wellbeing of our staff at the forefront of what we do.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast‑growing team at an early stage and play a key role in shaping our growth in Miami and the broader Florida area.

As Director of Operations , you will own the operations and performance of our clinics in the state. Based in Miami, Florida, this is a hands‑on leadership role with the chance to :

Drive transformational change and implement operational best practices;
Manage your own P&L ;
Gain valuable leadership experience working directly alongside our leadership team while shaping the culture and success of new clinics in Florida;
Work in a fast‑paced, exciting environment! We are a small, nimble team where you will learn everyday.

Responsibilities

Leading day‑to‑day operations at the clinic, ensuring outstanding service delivery and financial success;

Hiring, coaching, and managing the team in the clinic;

Developing and executing operational strategies to drive efficiency and growth;

Managing budgets, financial performance, and KPIs;

Solving problems, removing roadblocks, and supporting the teams’ needs;

Partnering with senior leadership and head office to drive success in the clinic.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or management roles—a strong operator with a proven track record;

Exceptional leadership and people skills—you know how to inspire, develop, and manage teams;

A builder’s mindset : hands‑on, resourceful, and ready to roll up your sleeves to grow something from the ground up;

Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable managing P&L;

Experience in veterinary medicine or healthcare is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Miami, FL – $70,000.00 – $130,000.00 (announced 2 weeks ago)
