Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Lead Web Developer to join our Technology team preferably in either Los Angeles, CA or McAllen, TX, however we will consider a fully remote role for the right candidate. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in developing, enhancing, and optimizing our digital platforms. As part of our dynamic Technology organization, you'll contribute to cutting-edge projects that drive our digital presence forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites using custom themes and plugins
• Implement custom WordPress functionality using PHP
• Manage MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval
• Configure and maintain Ubuntu / Nginx servers
• Monitor and optimize site performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and web accessibility
• Implement and manage advertising integrations using Google Ad Manager and programmatic advertising
• Optimize ad placements for viewability and revenue generation
• Integrate tracking pixels and analytics tools
• Collaborate with marketing teams on sponsored content and branded experiences
• Ensure seamless web-to-app integrations
• Implement mobile-first development strategies and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
• Manage mobile ad SDKs, push notifications, and authentication APIs
