My client, a well-established and respected firm, is seeking a senior Water Law Attorney (Partner) to join and help lead their water law practice in Denver. What You'll Do :

Represent clients in all aspects of water law, including adjudications, change of use proceedings, and litigation.

Advise clients on water rights acquisitions, protection, development, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Draft and negotiate water-related agreements, including purchase, lease, and augmentation plans.

Appear before water courts, administrative agencies, and regulatory bodies.

Lead and mentor attorneys and staff working within the water law division.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Colorado.

At least 5+ years of experience in water law , natural resources law, or a closely related field.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

A portable book of business is strongly preferred.
