Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX / UI Designer to join our team. As a UX / UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, seamless, and visually appealing user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design solutions. Your primary goal will be to enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall interaction design of our products.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements and product goals.

2. Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate user flows and interactions.

4. Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing.

5. Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

6. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually improve the quality of our designs.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

5. Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.

7. Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Preferred qualifications :

1. Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments.

2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes.

3. Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.

4. Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
