ROMTech is redefining post-surgical recovery through innovative remote rehabilitation technology. As our Corporate Trainer, you will deliver, facilitate, and manage employee learning experiences that strengthen skills, reinforce culture, and drive performance across the organization.
This is a hands-on role that supports the full employee training lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing education by facilitating blended learning, monitoring learner progress, and maintaining training operations within the Learning Management System (LMS). You will ensure every employee's learning experience is structured, engaging, and aligned with ROMTech operational standards.
This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Clearwater, FL.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate and support the blended new hire onboarding program, including live instruction, group discussions, and guided practical exercises.
- Deliver instructor led training sessions for corporate programs such as culture, compliance, or employee essentials.
- Manage learner enrollments, completions, and records in the (LMS), ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to coordinate instructor led and blended learning sessions.
- Generate progress and completion reports for leadership and support audit or compliance requirements.
- Partner with other Corporate Trainers to ensure coverage for sessions, reporting, and learner support.
- Gather learner feedback and report trends or improvement opportunities to the Director of Training.
- Recommend improvements to course flow or learner experience based on observation and feedback.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator in a professional business environment.Experience supporting new hire onboarding or employee development programs.Experience using an LMS to manage enrollments, track progress, and generate reports.Experience supporting subject matter experts or instructional designers in the delivery of live or blended training.Experience working in a blended learning environment that includes both self-paced and live training.Preferred : experience in healthcare, medical device, or technology industries.Strong facilitation and communication skills across both classroom and virtual environments.Ability to monitor learner progress, identify performance gaps, and provide constructive feedback.Skilled in coaching and motivating learners with diverse experience levels and learning preferences.Working knowledge of adult learning principles and comfort using a Socratic approach to promote engagement and critical thinking.High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining LMS records and training reports.Proficient in organizing and managing multiple training sessions or priorities simultaneously.Comfortable troubleshooting basic LMS access and learner support issues.Ability to maintain professionalism and uphold company culture while representing the Training Department.Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.Regular, predictable attendance is required.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
