Manager, Trade and Bid
Kellanova's Away From Home (AFH) business unit is seeking a Manager, Trade & Bid to lead our K-12 Trade Planning and Bid Team. You will join a high-performing, collaborative team and play a crucial role in driving organizational growth. This hybrid position is based in Naperville, IL.
As a key member of the Away From Home Team, you will execute trade strategies for the K-12 business, drive profitable growth, and implement efficiency plans to achieve our business objectives. You will also collaborate seamlessly with internal and external customers, driving strategic and sustainable growth alongside cross-functional teams within the AFH division. This role has shared responsibilities overseeing the K-12 Bid Process and the Bid Team members.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $108,800 - $130,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
