Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Skills-Appeals
• grievances
• Minimum of 3- 6 years of grievances and Appeal experience, including phone and email communication.
• Prior exposure to healthcare environments
• Person needs to reside in California.
• Strong written and verbal communication for handling member grievances.
