Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking an experienced Operations Manager I, Multi-Service to support a key client on-site in Covington, LA. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the safety and daily facilities management activities in Janitorial, Landscaping, Pest Control, and General Site Services. Sodexo provides corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. What You'll Do

• Maintain and develop client relationships and client satisfaction for two or more core services to ensure account retention while also fulfilling contractual obligations to the client.
• Supervise a team of 20 or more frontline staff on day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, scheduling and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards.
• Establish a safe work environment for employees by providing safety-related training and equipment maintenance and by ensuring compliance with Sodexo safety and loss prevention programs.
• Plan projects, including defining objectives, methods, timetables, and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plans.
• Manage the budget by controlling costs (e.g. labor, inventory, equipment, materials), complying with budget requirements and making adjustments when necessary.
• Be accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
