Salary : $125,000+ comp package

The Sales Manager / Branch Manager will collaborate with internal teams and work closely with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with Shamrock's overall objectives.

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Sales reporting and analysis : Track and report sales performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Management : Monitor the performance of individual sales team members, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve sales performance. Recognize and reward high achievers while addressing performance issues constructively.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation : Work with the sales manager or upper management to implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Ensure that the team aligns with these strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Sales Forecasting : Collaborate with the sales manager and other departments to create accurate sales forecasts, considering market trends and customer demand.
  • Team Building and Motivation : Foster a positive and cohesive team environment. Motivate team members through recognition, incentives, and regular communication.
  • Communication : Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management. Ensure open lines of communication and relay important information effectively.

  • To excel as a Sales Manager / Business Development :

  • 2-5 years of sales management experience
  • Roofing experience is not required but is preferred
  • You should possess excellent leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of sales principles
  • The ability to inspire and drive your team toward success
  • Effective communication
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • The capability to adapt to changing market conditions is also crucial in this role
  • Data-driven and results-oriented will help you make informed decisions and achieve sales objectives efficiently
