Dakota Growers Pasta is a growing organization made up of businesses that produce and sell quality products including pasta, peanut butter, granola, and fruit and nut trail mixes to retail, foodservice and ingredient customers. The company was formed in October 2018 through a combination of Post Holdings' private brands businesses and is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. ("THL"), a private equity firm.

This position plays a critical role as a part of our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for shipping, storing, and receiving inventory as well as providing sanitation for the entire warehouse.

Duties and responsibilities include :

• Operating forklift to load, unload, and transfer products, pallets, boxes, and other materials.
• Operating other equipment for shipping, as needed.
• Unloading and loading products into trucks and / or railcars according to shipping schedule.
• Maintaining accurate inventory while storing and loading.
• Practicing first in / first out.
• Monitoring all equipment for wear and potential damage, performing related preventative maintenance as required.
• Maintaining Master Sanitation Schedules and other HAACP documentation.
• Performing scheduled cleaning of equipment.
• Re-palletizing and reworking products.
• Preparing product for regrind process.
• Maintaining safety and quality in a high paced environment.
• Partnering with company leadership to proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of : safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation.
• Other duties, as assigned.
