The Leasing Agent is responsible for direct interaction with prospective residents. The role touches the leasing process from introduction through occupancy, and is responsible for maintaining trust and communication from showing to onboarding of the tenant.
REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Agent (Preferred)
• Some experience in sales/marketing or a service-related industry
• Computer proficiencyGoogle Suite
• Local area knowledge
• Willing to work in a team environment
• Competency in, or the ability to become competent in, the following:
  • Fair housing
  • Tenant landlord law
  • CA Rent Control - AB 1482

DETAILS
The Leasing Agent is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Leasing Agent is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor.

This position is a fantastic way to grow your property management, and overall real estate knowledge. You will be responsible for showing vacancies to prospective tenants on a daily basis. You will see where the rubber meets the road in property management. This position requires you to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.

A base hourly wage will be paid, with significant compensation for performance. We are all about filling vacancies fast. If you can perform, you will receive monthly bonuses.
