  • On Call : Minimum one weekend per month (30-minute report time)\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,680 - $2,870 per week\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • 4-5 years of Operating Room RN experience (or combined OR experience)\n
  • Active Registered Nurse license (Connecticut RN license required; must apply within 24 hours of offer)\n
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)\n
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification\n
  • Proven experience circulating independently in complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic surgeries\n
  • DaVinci robotic surgery skills strongly preferred\n
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and mandatory overtime\n
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccine required (medical and religious declinations accepted)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience required\n

  • Circulate in a variety of complex surgical procedures, including neuro, spine, and orthopedic cases\n
  • Demonstrate proficiency with DaVinci robotic surgeries\n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols\n
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes as required\n
  • Float to other hospital units within clinical competence as needed\n
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered healthcare environment\n
