Job description? Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences. ? Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions. ? Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user ? Effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner. ? Stay current with industry best practices and adhere to relevant standards. ? Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success. ? Ensure solutions align with the organization's long-term IT strategy. ? Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including ? Participate in testing activities to ensure high-quality solutions that meet requirements. ? Hybris eCommerce is preferred. ? SAP experience is a plus. ? Ability to communicate complex technical solutions and opportunities to non-technical ? Experience delivering product demos when needed. ? Familiarity with Agile project execution. ? Basic project management experience is a plus. ? Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ? 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system ? Extensive experience in business analysis for eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, ? Demonstrates a strong blend of functional and technical expertise.
