General Summary

The Senior Associate will be part of the investment team and support strategic and long‑range goals of the firm. The role will have significant involvement in the Company’s new investment process. This role will primarily be responsible for : sourcing and evaluation of new investments, supporting new initiatives of the firm and the firm’s portfolio companies, and providing operational support within the portfolio companies as required and assigned.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Support with the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities.
• Financial analysis and modeling.
• Research and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment memos and models to the senior team.
• Work closely with portfolio company personnel to ensure execution of new and existing initiatives at the portfolio company level.
• Read and comprehend a wide range of legal documents including acquisition documents, leases, financing documents and partnership agreements.
• Other duties as assigned.
