Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Coordinator, Office of First-Generation Student Success. Boca Raton, FL.
The Coordinator of First-Generation Student Success is primarily responsible for the administration, management, and overall success of the Reaching Individual Success and Empowerment (RISE) program and Transfer Action Plan (TAP). The RISE and TAP programs engage first-generation and transfer students through academic support, financial literacy, career readiness programs, and intentional engagement opportunities with campus resources. This position reports directly to and works closely with the Director of First-Generation Student Success to engage first-generation students in meaningful college experiences aimed at increasing the persistence, retention, and graduation rates of first-generation students. In addition, the Coordinator of First-Generation Student Success helps first-generation students achieve their full academic potential by connecting them to appropriate resources and support programs.

Minimum Qualifications :
A master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.
Salary : $43,014 - $45,000 per year.

Location : Boca Raton
Work Days and Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Some nights and weekends required.
