Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic Site / Civil Engineer to join our regional engineering team. Below is a concise snapshot of what we hope to find in our next team member :

What You’ll Do

• Lead site / civil design efforts : site layout, grading, stormwater, drainage, infrastructure, erosion & sediment control — from concept through completion
• Perform hydrology, hydraulic modeling, stormwater reports, and SWPPP preparation
• Direct site / civil workflow, ensuring quality and consistency
• Stay current with local and state regulatory requirements, coordinating permitting and entitlement submissions
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships — meeting with clients, agencies, contractors, and project teams
• Mentor, train, and review work of junior engineers, designers, and interns
• Quality‑assure civil plans and reports, reinforcing standards and best practices
• Oversee project time, budgets, and profitability
• Travel regionally as needed to visit project sites, clients, and firm offices
• Participate in local professional societies and community service initiatives
