Randstad Staffing is seeking a CMM Programmer in Chaska, MN! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

Schedule : Monday to Friday
Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm
Pay : $35-40 per hour
Job Summary :
The CMM Programmer / Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer quality standards through rigorous inspections, accurate documentation, and effective communication. This critical role directly supports our clients reputation for exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- The ideal candidate will be adept at both hands-on inspection and adherence to ISO standards :
- Conduct thorough inspections at various stages of production, including raw material, first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Expertly read and interpret part prints and machining work orders using GD&T principles.
- Operate and program CMM equipment for precision measurement and verification, with proven experience using PC-DMIS .
- Utilize a range of quality inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards.
- Clearly communicate inspection results, follow up on corrective actions, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
- Support the maintenance of ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance , including assisting with internal and external audits and maintaining certifications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Quality department.
Qualifications :
Experience Required : Proven experience in a manufacturing quality role, preferably in an ISO 9001 : 2015 certified environment .Technical Proficiency :Expertise in reading part prints and using GD&T.Required experience operating and programming CMM equipment with PC DMIS .Proficient math skills, including fractions, percentages, geometry, and trigonometry.Education : High school diploma or GED required; technical training in quality assurance or machining is preferred.Software Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and familiarity with quality specific software (e.g., Gage InSite).Key Traits : High attention to detail, strong organization and dependability, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.If you have held any of these previous job titles, you would be a great fit : Quality Assurance Specialist, CMM Quality Technician, Quality Inspection Technician, Precision Quality Technician, Manufacturing Quality Technician.
